“Underground dinner” by reservation only featuring prix fixe menus from chef Shin Thompson. At the first seating, from 5 to 7 PM, a five-course meal is $65; the seven-course meal is $90 at the second seating, from 7:30 to 10:30 PM, and $100 at the late seating from 11 on. On offer are celery root, parsnip, and roasted garlic soup with fennel, a lobster fritter, and anise oil; house-smoked lemon trout; seared “eiof sarg” with black trumpet mushrooms and haricots verts; braised veal cheeks in Madeira: and chocolate mousse. The seven-course menu adds a sashimi plate and French cheese plate.
